Then Jesus said to his host, “When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid. But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.” Luke 14:12-14
To minister to families and individuals providing prayers, comfort, and general support for those
who have suffered loss. The aim is to share in and demonstrate God’s care and compassion.
“Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.”- Matthew 5:4
To minister to the Pastor and guest preachers and to help address the basic physical and spiritual needs of church members and guests.
Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.” – Romans 12:13
The ministry plans, develops, and executes special events for the Pastor and the church. Some responsibilities include coordinating speakers, securing location and times, arranging food services and menus, decorating, outreach to church members, and any other duty assigned for a successful event.
Praise the Lord, all you servants of the Lord who minister by night in the house of the Lord. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord. Psalm 134:1-2
Transportation Ministry provides transportation for members to and from worship service on Sunday and for other special events, as requested.
Better is one day in your courts than a thousand elsewhere; I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked. Psalm 84:10
